Limited to just 500 boxes of 10, The Last Tsar is currently offered only in a Churchill vitola, although they plan to add another size later in the year. This ones dressed in a Connecticut Arapiraca maduro wrapper, which is a hybrid leaf not found on almost any other cigars on the market. They didnt announce the fillers, but what I can tell you is that this cigar is chock-full of delicious flavors of cedar, cocoa, and pepper.
